Shipping Policy

ORDER COMPLETION
The order fulfillment time is indicated in the Store.

If the Buyer has chosen to pay for the order in advance, the Seller will start fulfilling the order after it has been paid for.

If the customer chooses to pay by bank transfer or payment card, the order fulfillment time is counted from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.

If the Buyer has purchased products with different fulfillment times within one order, the order will be fulfilled within the time appropriate for the product with the longest fulfillment time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns (Right of withdrawal)
Return period
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
This period is counted from the day on which the consumer received the goods, or from the day of receiving the last part of the order (in the case of delivery in parts).

How to make a return?

The consumer should inform the seller of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
He can do this by means of an unequivocal statement sent by post or e-mail.

Rules for returning goods

The goods must be returned within 14 days of informing the seller of the withdrawal from the contract.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless the seller decides otherwise.
The goods must be returned in a condition enabling their further resale. The consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check their features and operation.
Refund

The seller refunds all payments, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs of the more expensive delivery method selected), within 14 days of receipt of the goods or proof of their shipment.

The refund is made using the same method used to make the payment, unless the consumer agrees to another solution.

Seller's liability

The seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from the delivery of the product.
If the goods do not conform to the contract, the consumer may:
Request repair or replacement.
Request a price reduction.
Withdraw from the contract if the defect is significant.
Complaint handling procedure

The seller responds to the complaint within 14 days.
In the event that the goods must be returned, the seller covers the shipping costs if the complaint is justified.

Payments
Available payment methods

Bank transfer to the seller's bank account.
Payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).

Payment rules

In the case of payment in advance, payment must be made within 5 business days of placing the order.
In the case of methods requiring immediate provision of data (e.g. card payment), payment should be made immediately after placing the order.
Refund
In the event of a return of goods or cancellation of the transaction, the payment is returned to the account assigned to the payment method used (e.g. credit card).
